Refund Policy

Tickets to Packwood Grand are non-refundable.

PACKWOOD GRAND is an outdoor event that will commence rain or shine. Although shelter and covered areas are available, Guests should make weather appropriate arrangements. Tickets will not be refunded as a result of inclement weather or weather delays. Should extreme weather constitute a required cancellation as a result of a government, police, fire or agency order an alternate date will be provided for ticket redemption.

PACKWOOD GRAND is an over 18 event. Tickets purchased for underage guests will not be refunded as a result of entry being denied.

PACKWOOD GRAND is unfortunately unable to refund tickets as a result of circumstances resulting from illness, relocation, inability to attend, travel delays, requirements of employment, etc., etc. Tickets, however, are transferable and transfers may be initiated by the ticket holder.

PACKWOOD GRAND will comply with orders or guidelines as provided by Alberta Health Services with regards to any health related order. Inclusions of your ticket may be changed or substituted in order to comply with these guidelines. We ask that our Guests accept that substitutions or changes may be made to the event, and that these changes are not grounds for full or partial refund.

Should an order issued by government, police, fire or agency, and enforceable by penalty, require the postponement or cancellation of Packwood Grand the ticket holder's ticket(s) will be automatically validated for the revised event date. Should the revised date not be agreeable to the ticket holder, a refund for the full face-value of the ticket, less ticket services fees and taxes on services fees as shown on the receipt/confirmation, will be processed upon request and must be claimed within 5 business days of the announced revision. Notwithstanding the above, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable including, but not limited to, acts of god or cancellations beyond the organizers control.
